Itineraries
Day 1
Fez – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley
- Cross the Middle Atlas, with stops in Ifrane (known as the Switzerland of Morocco) and Azrou, where you can observe monkeys in the cedar forests.
- Enjoy the stunning Ziz Valley before arriving in Merzouga. Overnight in a rural lodge in the heart of the palm grove.
Day 2
Merzouga Desert
- Full day exploring the desert: camel trek, visit nomadic families, the village of Khamlia (with its Gnawa music), and Erg Chebbi landscapes. Overnight in a camp under the stars.
Day 3
Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
- Departure for the Todra Gorges, famous for their impressive rock faces. Optional hike in the canyon.
- Arrival in the Dades Valley, known for its unique rock formations. Overnight in a local hotel.
Day 4
Dades Valley – Skoura – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate
- Discover the Route of the Thousand Kasbahs and the Skoura Palm Grove.
- Visit Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified city and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrival in Ouarzazate for an overnight stay.
Day 5
Ouarzazate – High Atlas – Marrakech
- Cross the High Atlas through the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, offering mountainous landscapes and panoramic views.
- Arrival in Marrakech in the afternoon.
Day 6
Marrakech
- Free day to explore the medina, Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, the Majorelle Gardens, and the Bahia Palace. End of tour.
